Three “Muslims of America” members arrested in Baltimore, MD while transporting 400 units of heroine from Philadelphia to Lynchburg, VA.

March 7, 2007 – West Virginia, Virginia and Delaware

Six Fuqra members from West Virginia, Virginia and Delaware arrested and charged with conspiracy to traffic counterfeit goods in a criminal operation totaling $19 million.

August 24, 2006 – Dunlap, CA

Jamaat ul-Fuqra leader, Khadijah Ghafur, sentenced to 14 years in jail for bilking California out of $1.3 million in a charter-school scam.

Fuqra member, Lindsey Germaine, dies while carrying out the London subway bombing attack.

December 27, 2004 – San Francisco, CA

Muslims of America compounds in California, Virginia and Georgia suspected of burglarizing 11 cellular telephone stores throughout the San Francisco Bay Area, stealing over 800 phones.

Fuqra member, Tabari Malik Shabir, arrested and charged with possession and attempted possession to distribute 57 kilograms of cocaine.

Fuqra and al-Qaeda member, Iyman Faris, pleads guilty in federal court to a plot to blow-up the Brooklyn Bridge.

January 23, 2002 – Karachi, Pakistan

Wall Street Journal reporter Daniel Pearl kidnapped and later beheaded while attempting to attend an interview with Jamaat ul-Fuqra leader, Sheikh Mubarak Gilani.

Fuqra member, Abdur-Rauf Abdullah, shoots and kills Fresno Deputy Sheriff, Erik Talen.

Fuqra member, James Hobson arrested for smuggling and selling illegal firearms.

1999 – Holy Islamville, SC

Registered sex offender living at Holy Islamville (Mulims of America camp) near York, South Carolina–convicted in Michigan in 1993 for two counts of criminal sexual conduct-third degree.

Federal Emergency Management Agency links Jamaat ul-Fuqra to the 1993 World Trade Center bombing.

Nine ul-Fuqra members convicted in “Day of Terror” plot to bomb New York landmarks, Lincoln and Holland Tunnels, FBI building and United Nations.

Eight men arrested in connection with a plot to bomb four sites in New York City, including the United Nations, FBI headquarters, and the Holland and Lincoln tunnels. Among those arrested is Clement Rodney Hampton-El (a.k.a. "Rashid" or "Dr. Rashid"), who is reported to be a member of ul-Fuqra.
