CAN Participates at Press Conference During Islam on Capital Hill Day

WASHINGTON DC - Christian Action Network was a participant during the launch and press conference for a new organization accurately named 'Stop Islamization of America (SIOA).' The event was held on Capital Hill on September 25, 2009, to coincide with Islam on Capitol Hill Day and the 220th anniversary of the passage of the Bill of Rights.

Christian Action Network was an invited guest along with other experts to speak on the subjects of Islam, terrorism and civic responsibility. Noted speakers and a summary of their message included:

'Warrior' Rabbi Jin Hausman who gave a brilliant analysis and devastating comparison of Jewish Halacha law versus Sharia;

Rebecca Bynum from the New England Review who gave a trenchant argument for containment of Islam by the West;

John Cosgrove a counter terrorism consultant who presented a riveting discussion of Islamization in Fairfax County's Wahhabi alley and the intimidation of local government and police by Muslim Brotherhood front groups;

Catherine Martin of the Northern Virginia ACT! for America chapter who discussed her personal testimony of the 9/11 attack on the Pentagon, and what motivated her as a wife of a survivor of that attack and mother of two small children to get educated on the barbaric threat of Islam here in America;

Jason Campbell of Christian Action Network (CAN) who told the story of what transformed CAN from a social issues activist group to become focused on opposing Jihad in America that included documentaries of the 35 Jamaat ul Fuqra para military terrorist training camps across America and the forthcoming one on courageous Dutch politician Gerrt Wilders;

Jerry Gordon the Senior Editor of the New English Review spoke on the background and necessity of enabling Congressional two pieces of proposed legislation addressing Law fare by Muslim Brotherhood fronts in America: the Free Speech Protection Act of 2009 and the Act to Protect First Responders against.

The press conference received coverage from Fox News and WJLA ABC Eyewitness News. The presentations were engrossing and engendered an active discussion during question and answer session. CAN was grateful to the event organizers and looks forward to working together with the leadership of the SIOA in future projects in the battle against Islamization in America.
